Reporting culture
Every near miss is a lesson we act on.
We treat near misses as some of the most valuable safety information we have. Reporting them openly — without blame — lets us fix the conditions that could cause an accident before one ever happens. It is how a workforce stays incident-free.
Managed, not left to chance
Relevant safety information is provided to every operative, training is refreshed continually, and safety matters are communicated to all staff on a regular basis.
